Jonathan is an excellent guitar tutor. I started with Jonathan as a complete beginner and I feel that I am progressing with each session. Each session Jonathan goes through, theory, answers questions and reviews what I have been practicing over the previous week. At the end of each session Jonathan documents what I need to work on over the next week. He offers encouragement and always has multiple hints, tips and advice to improve my guitar playing. Jonathan is very patient and has a passion for guitar playing. I would highly recommend him as a tutor, whether you are a beginner or more advanced.

Our 12 year old son had received lessons with a previous tutor and had lost enthusiasm for playing his guitar. Having engaged him recently with Jonathan he has gone from being "not bothered" to oozing enthusiasm! ...there is major disappointed if we have to miss a weekly lesson for any reason. Jonathan goes above and beyond in regard to the value he offers and you get the sense that it's because he loves what he is doing.
